About this course

A hormone level is a property of the moment the needle went in, not a property of the person. Almost every confusing hormone result begins there.

You will meet rhythm and timing, what a TSH value can and cannot report about the rest of the axis, the loop behind cortisol and what a flattened curve is telling you, why testosterone falls for reasons worth finding before anything else, and the half of the cycle that gets the least attention and deserves more.

Six readings, each with a short check. Free, and yours to take in any order.
