Why we write books

One question, followed to the end.

Each book takes a single clinical question and makes the complete argument: the evidence, the reasoning, and what it changes in practice. Written over years, meant to be read for years.

Inside the book

Nearly everyone tested in the last two decades carries a measurable burden of industrial compounds: microplastics, per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, and heavy metals. That is not a statement about anyone’s habits. It is a statement about the century.

The Invisible Tide follows what that burden does. How these compounds get in, where they settle, which systems they disturb, and why the resulting harm is so often filed under something else — fatigue, infertility, thyroid disease, insulin resistance, a decline that no single test explains.

The second half turns to what can be done. Not a protocol sold as a cure, but the clearance pathways the body already runs, what genuinely supports them, and where the evidence for detoxification is strong, thin, or absent. Where it is absent, the book says so.

Thirty-five chapters, each carrying its own reference list, and each ending in a case from the clinic.

The Kindle edition is available now. A paperback follows.

From the page outward

The book is the argument. The academy is the practice.

The same question runs through the field’s free readings, its Foundations course and its Deep Dives.
